Scale your cattle feeding or dairy heifer operation with this Texas Panhandle feedyard. This site is currently operated as a 35,000 head yard with the footprint already permitted to grow to nearly double that size. The property features a steam flake mill (two 24 x 48" rolls) with a large commodity bay and dual stationary mixer system designed for high volume output. An additional section of land for future water development is included.
